I am a DIP Person-Centred counsellor working with students, people with learning disabilities/autism spectrum, mental health issues and people with chronic condition. I have experience with young adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and mood disorders, and work on resilience in the care sector. I have worked as a Person Centred Counsellor with people that have experienced relationship difficulties, anger issues, expressed suicidal thoughts, bereavement or loss, difficulties around their sexuality, abuse or other traumatic issues in their lives that have caused them to seek help. I am open to, accepting of and able to work with whatever people choose to bring to me.
I offer counselling in English and Russian.
I successfully completed a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy at Moray College UHI. I am registered as a counsellor member of COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland), and adhere to their Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice. I am qualified to conduct online counselling, which means you can experience counselling from the comfort of your own home, office or wherever you are. I participate in regular professional counselling supervision and ongoing professional development to find better ways to help my clients.
